Uncertain of my emotions and uncertain of this practice, I had nothing to lose. With Debbie’s efforts she was able to release several trapped emotions that were keeping me from the person I use to be. After only a few sessions I was able to see a big difference and now notice a renewed internal freedom. Debbie’s kind demeanor allowed me to feel comfortable and able to release effortlessly.
